FUCK Planning Permission Laws
Posted by ePlus on 27 January, 2008 at 20:17 pmI just read an article about some farmer who had to hide his house which he built illegally behind bales of hay because the local council would not give him planning permission. WTF WHAT THE FUCK?!!!
What sort of fucked up shit is this that after you spent nearly a quarter of a million pounds, yes that is £250,000 on a decent house in a good area that if you wake up one day with a hard on for building a hut were you can throw those wild whore parties, you get a slap on a dick with Indiana’s Jones whip that you can’t built that because grandma Betty from next door who can barely stand for 5 minutes bitched that it would obscure her view when she looks out the window at your dog taking a shit! And the funny thing is, that is true!
If you want to even cut down your OWN tree that it is on YOUR property you have to go and fill some ass wiping form that makes you look like you are begging the council to chop your tree down. “Oh plz plz plz can I chopz my tree with a little (American-) Indian axe?” Notice how I inserted the “American” word there, we wouldn’t want to be racist or discriminating on here now would we?

Is bullshit this begging-to-build-an-extension-on-your-house law because it just is. If I say is bullshit, it is! If I buy a plot of land in the middle of a city and decided that I am going to live in a tipi what will the council do? Come around and demolish it? Guess what fucktards, I can pack and go ASAP, plus you can’t demolish shit, all I’ll leave behind is a turd and some charcoal from my BBQ! Then what? They can suck me off through a fennel, because I wouldn’t give a fuck.
And this is pretty much linked back to democracy and the bullshit idea that yeah you are free to do what you want to do and FIGHT for your freedom lie speeches when in fact democracy at the level that it is in the UK is just a smokescreen behind a communist, dictatorial regime.

But in all seriousness, I agree with you. However you’ve overlooked that Democracy is based upon consensus, hence voting. That you can’t do whatever you want is a pretty basic restriction of any society, otherwise we’d all be doing whatever we felt like which would be rather counterproductive to the community as a whole; which would be shit.
It is ridiculous, but on the other hand it’s also ridiculous to see places overpopulated with shit buildings ie. the developers throughout the UK such as Heritage Homes etc. for instance, look at how fucked over places like Spain have been by bending over and letting anyone build whatever they want, it’s shit for the population that spend more than 3 weeks a year there.
Anyway, I’ve lost where I was going with this but yeah, Breadner’s sister or something else inappropriate.

Planning laws are a mess in this country; I do believe that they should exist because I wouldn’t want someone building a skyscraper or something just as ridiculous next my house but they are seriously flawed.
I do know a person that had applied 4 times for planning permission to build a small house and got refused for some unknown reason every time. Then one of his friends was a head of a really big building company and did him a favour, he put the exact same planning through with no changes to the plans but under the company’s name and… it was approved… first time…. no questions asked.
