You might be asking yourself what is it all about, this happy slapping. You might have heard it or seen it done, but here is a quote from one discussion board:

Quite a few people have these video clips on their phones.
What it is, is a group of boys (in their teens) use the video on their mobiles and film each other going up to random people, in the street, on buses etc and just proper slapping them round their face!!! like proper full on SLAP!
They tend to target people on their own and when no other people are around.
They do it to men, boys, women and girls.
Sometimes they give a little build up to slap (like i mentioned the countdown earlier….).
When u watch it u kinda don’t know whther to laugh or cry….. lol.
That’s it really. That’s “Happy Slapping” all about. Fun eh? - No not really. I think is just taking the piss. Don’t have young teenagers these day anything better to do than fuck about and go around slapping people? Looks like it. Very sad I say. One thing that really, really shocks me is that no one fights back? From all the videos that I have seen (links at the bottom) no one fights back. They just stand there or walk away like some pussyies. What the fuck is going on?
If some 12 year old scums came up to me and tried to slap me, fucking hell, I’d go crazyand pwn their asses in no time. Seriously - I’m not bragging or anything like that, but I’d fight back ripping those faggots lungs out, that they would have to limp all the way to their mum. And another thing that I have noticed is that black kids are doing this shit. I have nothing against blacks but, what the fuck? They think they are hard or something? They think that most of the rappers are black that that makes them hard or whatever? They obviously haven’t been going out much or met people who actually know something else apart from smoking drugs and drinking. That’s the way to go assholes. 
While reading the comments on a website/blog which was discussing about the article that BBC had reported, they sure did make my day. Comments such as:

As we can see from the above quotes the language that these teenagers have is amazing. I understood 10% of the quotes that I have just posted there. Says it all really. Who the fuck can understand that shit? On top of that, who the fuck can speak/write like that? Dumb fucks. You can see that the little faggots going around slapping and doing all that shit have the mental age of a 5 year old. But that is insulting to the 5 year olds out there anyway. They too can spell and speak better English thanthose faggots. Pffftt… I mean, what sort of words are “apy” or “innit”? I know they are abbreviations, but lol, you don’t see me use them? If abbreviationswere used then they would be taught in schools, right? So there we go, that to me is like a foreign language. Looking at the fact that English is my second language and passed my GCSE without a problem, I think I have the right to bitch about abbreviationsall I want because is all bullshit, some kids who can’t type/spell/speak go around slapping people. Looking forward to meet some of them.

when a happyslapper gets the shit beaten out of them and it’s videoed THEN I’ll laugh, until then it’s hardly a joke…it’s fuckin rude and pea-brained. You slappers just need to get your faces kicked in!! Can’t wait till they do it to me…I look like I wouldn’t fight back…boy would they be surprised.
Basically, you “Happy Slappers” Are an absolute joke. you are an excuse of a human-being. A waste of oxygen, food and drink and the tax payers money. Try to happy-slap me and you will not be waking up again, period. Now go and take a long walk off a cliff.
Looks like I am not the only one who noticed that black kids do this shit. Nearly over 70% of the comments on this website think so too. As I said I don’t have anything against black kids/people, this is just taking the piss and will make people detest black people more if the news are biased towards it and make like the black people are the ones doing it and are all bad and shit.
